Before rebuilt motors are returned to their owners, each one is analyzed using our test bench to check for volumetric efficiency, a lack of external leaks, and appropriate noise levels. Results always have to meet the original manufacturer’s specifications.

Externally cracked valves received for analysis at our hydraulic repair shop have an 80% salvage rate. Our hydraulic valve repair services include honing chambers, machining poppet seats, and chroming and grinding spools, as well as manufacturing discontinued parts such as springs and spools.

When it comes to maintenance and reconditioning for hydraulic parts, we are the regional leader. We are equipped to provide services such as elliptical ring rectification, flat lapping for valve and pressure plates, co-lapping for barrel and lens, cylindrical grinding and anti-wear surface treatments, shaft refurbishment, as well as rectifying, co-lapping, and nitriding concave/convex covers for variable pumps and motors.
