After repairs, each engine is tested to assess volumetric efficiency, external leakage, and noise levels to meet or exceed OEM specifications before being returned to the customer.

With our digital test bench, which can reach up to 1,150 lb/ft, our specialists can perform functional and intensive tests. Results are transferred to a computer, which then provides a detailed analysis (pressures, flows, temperature, RPM for different bearings). This is one of two test benches that have been manufactured at our Montreal facilities.

When we receive your hydraulic motor, it is completely dismantled, then its parts are measured and analyzed by our technicians. Our in-house consultants provide metallurgical and engineering assistance, as well as rigid inspection procedures to ensure an effective repair solution.

Thanks to our manufacturing expertise, we can replace damaged or obsolete parts to be 100% compatible with the originals. All assembly dimensions, critical specifications, and tensioning requirements are met with attention to detail during reassembly. After administering extensive tests, we seal the ports and apply a protective coat to the outer surface.

For customers located in Eastern Ontario, Quebec and surrounding areas, we also offer mobile on-site troubleshooting and repair.

Our induction hardening equipment allows us to carry out all the work ourselves and as a result, we can provide better quality control and quicker turnaround times.
